Just over an hour from Midland!! We hope to see you all there.
Please NOMINATE
by the Thursday prior to the Club Run
(catering
purposes)
for
ALL Club Runs.
(This applies to all drivers regardless of member club.)
You can e-mail your details.
Details required: Name, Class/es, Race Number.
Any late nominations received WILL start ROF all day.
Gates open: 7.00am
Scrutineering: 7.10am - 8.10am
(karts must meet the current AIDKA specifications and, AIDKA licence must be presented
along with helmet)
Be at track before 7.30am if you want to park your trailer in the pits.
Gates to the pits close at 7.30am SHARP. NO cars are permitted in the pits after this time until the last race has
been fully completed.
Please also note that you need to arrive at least half-an-hour before scrutineering closes to make it through on
time.
Nomination check off, paying of fees and signing of indemnity forms close 8.30am SHARP.
Drivers Brief: 8.40am
Engine Warming: 9.00am - 9.20am (as instructed)
Racing
starts: 9.30am
Nomination Fees:
$15 per rookie and junior driver
$20 per senior
driver per class ($15 for extra classes by same driver)
$20 per casual licence (relevant forms
must be signed prior to entering track)
Please make all cheques payable to "Jenna Kart Club (Inc)"
Classes being catered for:
Rookies - J Juniors - J Opens - KT Class - Statesman - 100cc
Open - Outlaws - KT Twins - 125cc Open - 200cc Open
Some classes will be combined if numbers are low.
Casual licenced drivers will be catered for on day.
Format:
4 heats and a final.
Facilities:
Canteen offering bacon and egg sandwiches, hotdogs, pies, sausage rolls,
toasted sandwiches, sausage sizzle, pizza slices, cold sandwiches, chocolates, snacks and drinks. We are
trying to improve our canteen, so please support it.
No BBQ offered due to lack of support. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Camping
permitted overnight. NB: Showers available at the hall. They must be left in a clean condition when you use them. Please advise
when nominating if you intend camping.

Requirements to race: Must hold current AIDKA licence.
Note:
Tearoffs
need to be fixed to your helmet, and this will be checked prior to you leaving the out-grid.
Neckbraces are compulsory
for all drivers.
Ensure you meet weight specifications.
